Shipping:

Standard shipping is customarily USPS, however at consumers request, your order may be upgraded to a faster delivery method.

Handling Charges:

 

Ideally, a handling charge is charged on a per item basis to specifically pay for those expenses required to handle and/or pack and ship the item. This can include shipping materials (boxes, labels, tape, bubble wrap, packing peanuts) as well as any additional services required such as delivery and/or signature confirmation.

General Returns Policy:

Consumers must email or call to obtain a return authorization number (RMA Number) before returning any item to abtwaterstore.com. We will refuse or return any package sent without an RMA Number written on the outside of the shipping box.

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by abtwaterstore.com within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).

In the unlikely event you receive a defective item abtwaterstore.com will replace it at our cost. Consumers must contact abtwaterstore.com within 24 hours of receiving a defective item. We will at that time explain the replacement process. If a consumer chooses to return a defective item instead of receiving a replacement all restocking fees will apply.

Refunds

To receive a refund, all items must be returned in 100% original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals and all accessories. Consumers will be charged a fee to replace or repair any item that is returned with missing or used parts.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

Restocking Fees:

Items that are opened, used or returned more than 3 days after delivery will receive a partial 70% refund due to restocking and repackaging cost.
