Shipping:

Standard shipping is customarily USPS, however at consumers request, your order may be upgraded to a faster delivery method.

Handling Charges:

Ideally, a handling charge is charged on a per item basis to specifically pay for those expenses required to handle and/or pack and ship the item. This can include shipping materials (boxes, labels, tape, bubble wrap, packing peanuts) as well as any additional services required such as delivery and/or signature confirmation.

General Returns Policy:

Consumers must email or call to obtain a return authorization number (RMA Number) before returning any item to abtwaterstore.com. We will refuse or return any package sent without an RMA Number written on the outside of the shipping box.

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by abtwaterstore.com within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).

On most items We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new and never used, with tags, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost to return the item to ABT. All cancelled orders will incur a 4% processing fee to cover the non-refundable merchant transaction fee. If the order has shipped prior to cancellation, the order's shipping fee will also be non-refundable.

Restocking Fees:

Items that are opened, unused or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial 70% refund due to restocking and repackaging cost.
